Stuff continues, and continues well. Now, to digitalise some early diaries on the instructions of the Sidney.
16.52 Editing of the RF Journals back to 1969. The entries for 1974 are copious and, to be understood by readers, would require detailed explanations, commentaries & background info. The Journals also contain personal comments made by others, in private; records of personal exercises, states & dreams; details of the road; as well as comments on KC.
This would be superb material if I were to be writing a history of Crimson 1974: the authentic flavour & smell of the time rise from handwriting & ink. But I doubt that the information would mean much to anyone else, even a well-intentioned researcher planning to edit them into a coherent & intelligible whole.
